Welcome. My therapeutic approach is rooted in trust, hope, and practical support. I believe that every person possesses the inner strength and insight to navigate life’s changes. I’m here to offer clarity, calm, and a steady path forward whenever you need it.
Expertise & Background
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services from Diaconia University of Applied Sciences (Diak) in Finland. This program provided me with strong competencies in social support, community intervention, and intercultural work. With official professional recognition granted by Valvira, I am legally authorized to practice as a social and healthcare professional in Finland.
I specialize in solution-focused therapy, and I’m currently completing formal training in the field—set to graduate in spring 2026. My professional journey spans over two decades working alongside people from all walks of life.
For more than 15 years, I served as an advisor within the City of Helsinki’s immigration services, supporting immigrants, asylum seekers, and vulnerable individuals through times of crisis, integration challenges, mental health concerns, and practical everyday matters. Beyond my official roles, I’ve volunteered with undocumented individuals and worked as a crisis responder for the Finnish Mental Health Association.
